While often used together, the mattress is the cushioned surface you sleep on, while the bed usually refers to the bedframe or foundation. For the best sleep experience, we recommend pairing a Kinsen mattress with one of our lifetime-warranty bedframes to ensure a stable and supportive base.
2. What kind of warranty comes with your mattresses?
We offer a 10-year warranty specifically covering the internal spring system. This protects you against manufacturing defects such as broken springs or significant sagging that occurs under normal usage. To know more, head on to our warranty page.
3. How do I choose the right firmness level?
Everyone has different preferences. Generally, side sleepers prefer a medium-soft feel for shoulder cushioning, while back or stomach sleepers often benefit from a medium-firm to firm mattress. The best way to decide is to visit our showrooms to test them yourself.
4. How do I find the ideal bedframe to pair with my mattress?
Our mattresses come in all standard Malaysian sizes, such as King, Queen, Super Single, and Single. They are designed to fit perfectly with our bedframes.
5. Do I need to flip my mattress?
Most of our modern mattresses are non-flip designs featuring specialised base-to-top layering. However, we do recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees every 3 to 6 months to ensure even wear over time.
6. Is delivery free for mattresses in Malaysia?
Yes. Since most of our mattresses meet the RM500 threshold, we offer free delivery and professional setup in major regions across Peninsular Malaysia.
7. Can you help me dispose of my old mattress?
We certainly can. Removing an old mattress can be difficult, so our team offers a disposal service starting from RM50. Please let us know in advance so we can allocate space in our delivery vehicle.
8. How long does a new mattress take to break in?
Just like a new pair of shoes, it can take your body and the mattress materials about 2 to 4 weeks to adjust to each other. We recommend giving your new mattress at least 21 nights to fully experience its benefits.
