Delivery Access Check: Given the large size of this product, customers are responsible for confirming that all entry points—including doorways, corridors, and elevators—are wide and clear enough for best delivery experience.
The package’s size requires sufficient space for delivery. Please measure your access points carefully:
Doorways: We strongly recommend checking the width and height of all entry doors. Packages may not pass through openings narrower than 70 cm. Also, be mindful of any protrusions, like door handles or decorative molding, that might reduce the usable width.
Elevator/Lift Access: Before delivery, please verify the dimensions of your lift. The package must fit through the lift door and be accommodated by the interior depth and height of the elevator cabin.
For staircase access, please measure the width of the staircase itself. It is also crucial to measure the ceiling height clearance, specifically from both the main landing floor and the platform of the last step. Finally, ensure you deduct the space occupied by any permanent obstacles such as handrails or fixtures to determine the true usable path width and height.
Please check that all corridors are wide enough to accommodate the package. It is vital to specifically consider any tight turns or curves along the route, as these narrow the effective space and may obstruct the delivery process.
