PERFORMANCE FABRICS

Our performance fabrics are designed to endure homes with pets, kids, and everyday life – without sacrificing a stitch of style.

Care:

  • Our Quikleen® Performance Fabrics are designed to repel water, as well as resist mold, mildew,
    fading, and staining. It is guaranteed to resist fading for up to 3 years

Cleaning:

  • Vacuum it regularly on a low setting using the suction-only mode. The bristled brush digs into the
    fibers and may damage your upholstery.
  • Wipe spills immediately. Clean with natural soap and lukewarm water. Sponge briskly and rinse
    thoroughly to remove dirt. Then air dry.
  • Chlorine bleach will not affect the color of dyed acrylic or polyester fibers. For stubborn stains, dilute the bleach with two parts water before use. ( Harsh chemicals like chlorine bleach and strong detergents can damage the fabric over time. )
  • Professional cleaning is recommended for hard-to-remove stains.
COTTON

Cotton is a durable and versatile fabric suitable for high-traffic areas.

Care:

  • To preserve your furniture’s beauty, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight and keep it indoor.
  • Avoid placing sharp objects on or near cotton upholstery to prevent damage.
  • Excessive rubbing or scrubbing can cause cotton fibers to fray.

Cleaning:

  • Vacuum it regularly on a low setting using the suction-only mode. Bristled brush might get into the fibers and damage it.
  • Blot up spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Spot clean as needed using a damp cloth and a mild detergent. To protect your upholstery, avoid using harsh chemicals.
  • For hard-to-remove spills, professional cleaning is recommended.
LEATHER

Leather and cowhide add a natural elegance to any room. With a wide range of colors and textures, it has inherent variations in tone that make it truly one-of-a-kind. And it will develop a desirable patina over time.

Care:

  • To preserve your furniture’s beauty, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight and keep it indoor.
  • Leather’s hue may fade over time and show some wear and tear. This natural process gives it that nice lived-in look.

Cleaning:

  • To clean leather, gently vacuum with a soft brush attachment. Avoid using polishes on leather. To remove stains from leather, dab with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap.
    Eliminate scratches on leather by gently rubbing with a dry cloth or your finger.
  • Vacuum hide-on-hide upholstery gently in the direction of the hair using a hose and soft brush attachment. Blot up spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For spot cleaning, use a warm, damp cloth with a mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals to protect the cowhide’s finish.
  • Professional cleaning is recommended for stubborn stains on both leather and hide-on-hide upholstery.
VELVET

Truly elegant, our velvet adds a luxe touch wherever it goes. This durable material is easy to clean and maintains its lustrous finish for years to come.

Care:

  • To preserve your furniture’s beauty, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight and keep it indoor.
  • Do not place sharp objects on or near the velvet mohair, as this could damage the material.
  • Excessive rubbing may damage its surface structure.

Cleaning:

  • Vacuum it regularly on a low setting using the suction-only mode. Avoid using the bristled brush attachment on upholstery as it may damage the fibers.
  • Address spills immediately upon occurrence. Blot the stain with a slightly damp white cloth or tissue to absorb excess liquid. Avoid using colored cloths to prevent dye transfer.
  • If the stain persists after blotting with water, create a diluted solution of carpet upholstery shampoo and apply it to the stain using a clean white cloth. Follow the shampoo manufacturer’s instructions. Gently blot or rub the stain, working from the edge to the middle. Remove any residual shampoo with a damp cloth.
  • Finish cleaning in the direction of the nap. Thoroughly dry the upholstery after cleaning using a hairdryer on a low heat setting.
  • For hard-to-remove spills, professional cleaning is recommended.
RUGS

We appreciate the unique texture and appearance created by combining different materials. Designed for extra softness and dependability, our mixed material rugs feature unique combos like suede, wool or hemp.

Care:

  • To ensure even wear and prevent fading, rotate your rug every 3-6 months.
  • Do not pull on loose ends. Either tuck back or snip with scissors and knot ends.
  • To extend the life of your rug, consider using a rug pad.

Cleaning:

  • Regularly vacuum your rug on a low setting using the suction-only mode. Avoid using the beater bar attachment on your vacuum as it can damage the rug fibers.
  • Spot clean as needed using a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using soap or cleaning products on your rug as these can cause damage or fading.
  • For hard-to-remove spills, professional cleaning is recommended.
